Expo 2025 Baku Azerbaijan
studioF was part of an international team of architects, masterplanners, surveyors, project managers and communications specialists – brought together by lead producer, Betty Productions – for Baku’s Bid to host World Expo 2025.
The bidding process for Expo is much like that for an Olympics – a number of cities compete to host the event, which is held every five years.
studioF managed the brand development, design and content of a three-volume, dual-language ‘Bid book’ and dedicated website.
Over the course of 18 months, we also wrote and edited more than 60 speeches – for everyone from the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan to a teenage entrepreneur. At a total of 80,000+ words, that’s the average length of a novel – somewhere between The Great Gatsby and Great Expectations.
